Recipe ideas

1. 🍋 Classic Margarita Slushy (10L)

Ingredients:

  • 2.5L Lime cordial or lime juice drink

  • 1.5L Tequila

  • 750ml Triple Sec (or Cointreau)

  • 5.25L Cold water

Notes: Garnish with salt rim and lime wedge. Great all-rounder for events.

2. 🍓 Strawberry Daiquiri Slushy (10L)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5L Strawberry syrup or puree

  • 1.5L White rum

  • 500ml Lime juice

  • 6.5L Cold water

Notes: Add fresh or frozen strawberries to the mix before serving for a more premium touch.

3. 🍍 Pina Colada Slushy (10L)

Ingredients:

  • 2L Coconut cream (or coconut milk for lighter version)

  • 2L Pineapple juice

  • 1.5L White rum

  • 4.5L Cold water

Notes: Optional dash of Malibu for added coconut flavour.

4. 💙 Blue Lagoon Slushy (10L)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5L Vodka

  • 750ml Blue Curaçao

  • 1.5L Lemonade concentrate (or lemon cordial)

  • 6.25L Cold water

Notes: Eye-catching colour and citrusy flavour; popular for summer and themed parties.

5. 🍷 Frosé (Frozen Rosé) (10L)

Ingredients:

  • 3 x 750ml bottles of Rosé wine (2.25L)

  • 500ml Vodka

  • 1L Strawberry syrup or puree

  • 6.25L Cold water

Notes: Serve with fresh fruit garnish. Slightly less sweet and great for brunch-style events.

6. 🍑 Peach Bellini Slushy (10L)

Ingredients:

  • 2L Peach nectar or peach puree

  • 2L Sparkling wine or Prosecco (flat is better to prevent foaming)

  • 500ml Vodka

  • 5.5L Cold water

Notes: Chill all ingredients thoroughly before mixing.

  • Always pre-chill liquids before loading into the machine.

  • Avoid more than 1.2–1.5L of spirits per 10L batch to ensure proper freezing.

  • For extra flavour, use real fruit purees or cocktail syrups.
